Health Restoration Coaching

 

This is a process that assists and guides clients through their own healing journey using natural, holistic, herbal, integrated, complementary, bio hacking, and bio regulating modalities, technologies, devices, and services all in one location!  Video calls will allow us to connect and discuss where you are in your health journey, where you want to be, and what are some steps you can take to improve.  Each person will be met where they are in their healing journey and recommendations will be made upon your level of commitment and funds available.  This process educates you about how, when, and what to take and do during the healing process to get the most benefit from each of your healing steps.

 

Video Appointments:

We will discuss what your (or your pet's) current needs are and how best to support you now and in the future.  A health and life assessment is recommended for best results.  (The assessment is not to judge you, but to understand you and your needs better.)

 

**Remote Options** also include a Zyto scan (we ship hand cradle to you for scan, and you return) and remote healing sessions through energy frequencies (human, animal, and remote frequency healing through Qi Coils).

 

**Rental Options** a rental, take home, qi coil system is​ offered to our health and life restoration clients.  This enables healing on your terms and in your safe place- even while you sleep!  Pets love the qi coils and receive the same benefits we do too!

What to Expect during a Health Session at the Sanctuary:

Client is greeted by staff and animals, offered robe and slippers for their visit.

Client records current feelings, issues, concerns, and wins in health journal (kept on site for each visit).

Grounding session and develop the healing plan for the day.

Healing plan can include any of the technologies, devices, and services we offer....  

*An example health session for a "physical body day" for an on-going client suffering with Lymes Disease could be trace mineral water shot, Triple Threat Heat Sauna, Cold Shower or plunge, Rebounder, hydrogen water, Qi coils with bio mat, cat healing, hydrogen inhalation, massage chair, salt water hot tub spa, and another trace mineral shot.

*An example health session for an "emotional and mental day" for same client on a different day could be grounding walk, bare skin sun time, breathe work, guided meditation, sound bath, and hands on/brush horse to integrate.

Record current feelings, issues, concerns, and wins in health journal after health session.

Write down any new notes, homework, supplements, and updates in take-home journal.

Drink hydrogen water.

Robe and slippers stay for your next visit.

*Client provides their own attire for sauna, red light therapy, hot tub, and etc.

Coaching Membership: health and life assessment, 4-6 private video calls each month $600
